Timeline: Within 5 working days from the Outcome and Recommendations

The Employee is afforded the Right to Appeal to a higher authority than the Disciplinary Panel/Committee and is given the Appeal form to fill in. the Appeal Authority makes a decision in reasonable time and communicates the decision to the Employee.
