Timeline: Optimum time 30 days (runs parallel with suspension)

Investigation Report setting out the allegation, the evidence (including interviews) and conclusion and recommendation of investigator, having also interviewed the Alleged offender. If the conclusion is that the allegations are likely to be true and are serious then the recommendation is usually that management may constitute a disciplinary hearing.
