Timeline: Should be reasonable from the time of offence

Hearing should be chaired by a sufficiently senior member of management. An interpreter should be present if necessary and employee should be asked if he wants a representative (if he does not have one with him). 
The allegations and evidence should be presented and the employee should be given a right to make representations and question witnesses Note that hearings cannot be conducted when someone is on annual leave, maternity leave or sick leave.
