OreCorp Limited (OreCorp or the Company) is a development company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the code ORR.

OreCorp is run by a well credentialed team, founded in 2010 by Matthew Yates and Alastair Morrison. OreCorp listed on the ASX in 2013. The OreCorp board and senior management have extensive mining industry experience, having been involved in exploration and the development of major mines and operations over the last few decades. The OreCorp technical team and its group of consultants also have significant experience in the development of major mining projects in Africa.

OreCorp’s key project is the Nyanzaga Gold Project (Nyanzaga or Project) in northwest Tanzania. Nyanzaga hosts a JORC 2012 compliant Mineral Resource Estimate of 23.7Mt @ 4.0g/t gold for 3.07Moz using a 1.5g/t lower cut-off.

The Company is well funded with no debt and aims to deliver the first major gold mine in Tanzania in over 15 years.
