- The business was established in Tanzania in 1942. In 1971, our headquarters moved to London in order to develop international connections.
- Over time, several strategic partnerships have been established with international firms in order to strengthen our technical expertise and offering to clients in this region. In 2001, the headquarters of the Group moved to Nairobi, Kenya.
- Today with a dedicated team of nearly 100, we advise clients with insurable interest across the globe in varied roles and capacities. This is further enhanced through our partnership with several international intermediaries in the insurance broking and risk management world.
- We now have fully established offices in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam and several network/partnership associations globally. We are establishing presence in Uganda at present due to growing client demand.

With regard to employee benefits, our group also provides International Medical, Life and Group Life product services.
