Mather + Platt Tanzania Ltd. was locally incorporated in Tanzania in 2001, of an international pedigree spanning years of a truly global presence in the fire and engineering services business. Operations in East Africa began in 1972, having been first established in Kenya as part of Mather + Platt UK.

Mather + Platt Tanzania Ltd. also has close professional associations with Wormald and more recently the Ansul/Tyco groups.

The company in Tanzania continues with an outlook of this international pedigree and has strong regional operational linkages whilst maintaining local majority share participation. 

The demand for fire protection services in the regional market has seen a steady expansion in areas such as manufacturing, telecommunications and service industry sectors, as well as an increase in building infrastructure projects.

In order to meet this growth in demand, Mather+Platt Tanzania Ltd. is proud to have opened a branch office in Arusha in 2009. This expansion ensures that the needs of our esteemed customers and partners are effectively met.
