Who we are
H.A Patwa & Co. was founded in 1984 by Mr. Hamzaali Amirali Patwa. The firm is based in Tanzania having a spectrum of modern cross-border practices that cater for local and multinational corporations, financial institutions, government entities as well as private individual businesses. Our firm undertakes audits, book-keeping and management accounting, tax consultancy, company registration and formation work. Where required, we also assist with processing of work and residence permits and legal issues.
