The Arcade – Mikocheni 1999

It all started back in 1999, when Épi d’or created a small 15 square meter bakery and patisserie at the Arcade in Mikocheni. Epi d’Or was the very first establishment in Tanzania to introduce the French art of baking breads, pastries and cakes. From the French Baguette to the Butter Croissant and the Éclair au Chocolate were products received with much caution at that time.
