The Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE) is hosting the 6TH ANNUAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE (ALC) which will be held on the Wednesday, 6th March 2024 at Serena Hotel, Dar es Salaam. The Guest of Honour is expected to be the Speaker of the National Assembly and the President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), Hon. Dr. Tulia Ackson (MP).

The theme for this year is in alignment with the International Women’s Day Celebrations for 2024 “Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress.” The conference will bring together renowned and successful leaders and experts who are invested in facilitating rapid development through different workplace programmes to come up with strategies on how organisations can invest in women at the workplaces and enhance inclusion of women in investment opportunities.

The highlight of the conference will be the Graduation Ceremony of the 9th Cohort of the Female Future Programme.
